Italian bloggers visit Mauritius

In March this year, Italian travel bloggers Andrea Petroni and Valentina Venzani of VoloGratis.org visited Mauritius, and shared their experiences with their readers via their website and social platforms.

Though our white sand beaches like those at Flic en Flac, Pointe aux Piments and Belle Mare featured highly on the itinerary, the pair also took time to explore all the other highlights Mauritius has to offer, like the historical houses of Eureka and Chateau de Labourdonnais and the natural beauty of Pamplemousses Botanical Garden and Chamarel.

Mauritian cuisine and its culinary specialities were also high on the agenda, with visits to the Bois Cheri Tea Estate, Port Louis central market and various local restaurants. And of course, the pair flew to and from the island in the comfort of a direct Air Mauritius flight from Paris.

Read more about the trip (in Italian) in the bloggers’ three-part diary on VoloGratis.org, or get a taste of their experience from the video above.
